I had a bad experience at the spa on 14th August, 2025 the acne reduction session was painful than normal and the lady didn’t use the steam machine probably which caused a lot of discomfort and instead of reducing my acne I had scars, injuries and broke out the next day. You guys should hire good professionals and use the right products because I felt no toner or even moisturizer was even used on my face, because it felt dry after the procedure

I’m currently unable to move about freely because I decided to get my pedicure done at this spa. The lady attending to me was scraping my dry feet and injured me in the process- this happened on the 22nd day of December, 2022. I thought it was a small injury that’ll heal shorty but I’m so sad I’m still limping, and unable to wear shoes on the injured foot(right).
I’ll advise that they get TRAINED workers, specialized in offering the various services! Don’t just hire anybody! Cos I can’t believe that I’m limping today because I decided to patronize Lucy Beauty World with my hard earned money! What a shame!
